We're closing in on the end of the year, which will also be the end of free upgrades to Windows 10. I'm hoping that Yamaha/Steinberg are planning to release Windows 10-compatible versions of their software before that time, so that I don't have to spend $$$ to upgrade to Windows 10 sometime in 2016.
Is there any information on when the Yamaha/Steinberg Windows 10-compatible software is going to be released?

What about Yamaha? FW driver, VST editor, Cubase song importer, etc.

The same sites I linked you to before will update when testing is complete. Obviously testing on the main Cubase had to be completed first in order to test the items that run within Cubase. So it should not be long now. Just check the Compatibility site.
