Hi,
it seems in utilities when I go to system no beep and it doesn't respond so no access to system to see eq the firmware version.
What am I doing wrong? It is on the newest firmware version.
A friend who has the same montage 6 all works well.
Please anybode any suggestion?

Hold [UTILITY] + [PART CONTROL] to recall the screen calibration routine. You will be ask to chase the dot around the screen to recalibrate the touch panel screen.
Please make sure you remove the plastic shipping guard from your screen, if you have not already done so, and discard it.

On the 3rd "touch the white square" command there is no white square anywhere on my screen. If I randomly touch around I get some "beeps" and then I see a square in the middle in which nothing happens when I touch it. Seems defective to me.
UPDATE: The remote screen feature needs to be off while you recalibrate.

What "remote screen feature"?
If you don't give us the details of what you're doing we cannot help you. Had you mentioned that we would have considered it, any other unmentioned items?
