Hello,

I've followed the video from Blake about managing User and Library files ( Title )
So, I've well understood, how to import Performances from existing library in User space, modify the Performance I want so that samples will be saved after deleting library.

But, suppose I want to create a new Performance with samples from a 640 performances library. I just want to pick up one of these samples.
So basically, I'm starting from Init AWM2, choosing the right sample from this library (thanks to Category Search, I know what library this sample belong to), storing it in user library. But now, if I delete this library, my new Performance won't work anymore !

If I followed the Blake procedure, it would suppose I know in which Performance from this Library this sample is used. But, if I don't know it ? Suppose, it's been used in only one Performance among 640 Performances ? Will I have to scan hundreds of Performances and find the right one to do "Library Import".

So, in advance I apologize if you already answered this question : How can I simply save this new Performance, with its samples, without doing this huge searching work ?

Thanks a lot.

There is a weakness that you cannot select a Waveform from a Library and ask it "where used?" to see the mapping of Performances that reference this Waveform.

I believe this is where 3rd party tools may help such as the Melas suite.

Yes.
And I noticed there are two samples spaces : Libraries sample space and User Sample Space. It could be very convenient to get an option to copy/paste samples from one space to another.
