I've extensively played my CP88 and also had the opportunity to compare the sound of its acoustic pianos to the ones of other instruments (both HW and VST).

Well, it's clear to me that somebody in the development team choose to EQ the ac pianos with a boost on high freqs. They sound very unbalanced within every kind of environment I verified it.. It seems to be a boost of at least 6db.

Yes, I can lower them with the internal EQ and achieve a well balanced natural sound (because they are well recorded I think, expecially the CF3 and C7, my favourites), but... to do this, I have to lower them to the max (-12db): this does not leave room to lower more the High freqs and achieve, when wanted, a very warm sound.

So, my suggestion and request (and hope!) is an update where the High freqs of all the acoustic piano sounds are lowered by 6db: this way it will be easier to raise or lower them as desired, in a better sounding way,
