I want to record the bass guitar part of White Rabbit so that I can play and sing at the same time.

Ok - you can record or score in the bass part into a MIDI file using software or the onboard Performance recorder (or Pattern sequencer) and end up with a linear MIDI file. Then use this MIDI file tied to a given Performance for the live keyboard work.
