Hello! I just bought an MX61 a couple of months ago. I'm loving it. I noticed the firmware update for it. I've tried updating it, but keep getting an error message that says, "Installer not found!" I've seen that several other people have had the same problem, but haven't seen a solution. I've followed the instructions to the letter and have tried several different USB drives. My current version is, "Boot: 1.01 Firm: 1.00." I'd like to update before getting ready for a gig this weekend. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry, I was unaware of any firmware update for the new MX61 (Bu).
What firmware did you download, and what instructions did you follow?
I think maybe you downloaded the updater for a product you do not own. The MX49/MX61 are different from your new MX49/61 BK/BU...
The latest firmware for your product is firm 1.00

Ah -- okay. I didn't know there was a difference. Maybe that's the problem other people are having.... not knowing it's a different build.

Hi there, i own a MX61WH (MX61 White color), i've tried to update the firmware with the same problem - Installer not Found.
The current firmware is 1.00 and there is problem with low volume output
Would you advise if there's any firmware update for my product?

The same answer... that update was for the previous models MX49/MX61 (2012)
The MX49/MX61 BK/BU/WH and MX88 are newer versions with full iOS audio/MIDI compatibility and the current firmware is 1.00
