Hi,
I have a question about sample mapping. I found samples of famous sound "Liquid Stack" on the internet. These samples are said to be the original samples extracted from EMU ROM and converted to Wav. I can easily load them into MOXF Flash board. The issue here is that I can't find a way to map them accros the keyboard, ex. sample1 c1 - h1, sample2 c2 - h2, etc.. There are 4 samples in total... I just want to mimic the process EMU handels the samples. I really like 80's sounds.. 😉
Thanks 🙂

The MOXF can load *finished* Waveforms, unlike its bigger brother the Motif XF, the MOXF does not have a sampler (necessary to do the mapping for Waveform creation).

What you can do
You can either do the work in a Motif XF and then load it into a MOXF or you can use a third party Waveform Editor (John Melas Waveform Editor, works for MOXF)

John Melas Waveform Editor for Motif XS/XF MOXF

It allows you to build MOXF compatible files. You can build and create your work on your computer, then export your work in a file that will load to your MOXF provided you have expanded it with a Flash Board.
