Hello. I am trying to get the XSpand Your World library to fully load into the MODX. When the load is complete I get a message that states that some banks were not loaded. Some brass and synth sounds will not play. I am assuming that the John Melas Tools will play a big part in this, but my curiosity is why the MODX cannot load the entire library. Does it have something to do with the number of banks or how everything is structured with the absence of voice mode?

“XSpand Your World” (for the Motif XS) and “Inspiration in a Flash” (for the Motif XF) were originally released as promotional (free) Libraries assembled during the natural lifecycle of the products they were made for... these cannot be translated directly by the MONTAGE/MODX. Without the ‘go ahead’ from corporate, this data remains unreleased for the current products. There were several promotional Libraries for the Motif-series, many were combined to create these promotional ‘giveaways’... to prevent further unauthorized use of the data, beyond the originally intended products, they do not directly transfer to the current release of Synths. If approval to release these promotional libraries is given, you’ll hear about it here.
