I'm looking for a valid Link to download the Yamaha Organ Emulator YC-3B. I have the activation code. The link provided doesn't exist and when i've tried to download it from Yamaha i only found the Windows version (I'm a Mac user)

The download is available for both Window and Macintosh at the Official Yamaha Download site:
http://download.yamaha.com
Select your country
Type in your MODEL NAME: MOXF6 or MOXF8
When the SEARCH RESULTS appear verify the Model by clicking on MOXF6 or MOXF8
A listing of the available items will appear, you should find it under "Software".

Well...it's not there. Just pdfs of manuals.
Brand new MOXF6. I'm looking at a yellow piece of paper with a url that is wrong. www.yamahasynth.com/downloads/ doesn't exist. and if I try downloads.yamaha.com I can find pdfs of manuals, but no software.
What should I do?

You should follow the above steps one by one, it will get you there. The step you missed is the following:
When the SEARCH RESULTS appear verify the Model by clicking on MOXF6
If only the manuals appear, you did not click the Model the second time
