The OS isn't saving the Knob Brightness setting in the System options like all other System settings.
Utility > Settings > System > KnobBrightness
I set it to 32 and it reverts to 128 on power up. Checked multiple times.
All other setting under System get saved ok, not the Knob Brightness.

I was trying to be helpful, however it was never acknowledged, so I got the feeling they do not want to acknowledge bugs. It would be good to know if they register such observations for fixing. Do not know if there is another place to inform about such issues?

Thank you very much for the confirmation, Phil. It is good to know that such observations are being captured for the product team. Fully understand that a reply like this may slip. It must be a "24/7 hell" right now for you with this forum and new questions coming all the time - in addition to what else you have to do - however hopefully also fun and an effective learning. Thanks for your great help.
