I recently Purchased. John Melas Tools For Motif XS. I cannot connect Motif To the Tools. I spent Money on this and If They are not able to function on an M1 Mac Mini Big Sur. I have no proper use for them. what should I do to get customer satisfaction? Roy

You'll need to take it up John Melas. His software is 3rd party with its own support channel.

You might want to make sure you are running the correct USB driver for Mac OS 11 Big Sur located here
