Hello,
I have used "FM Convert" to convert DX7 sounds, it works well.
But, I have also some DX7S sounds I would like to convert. The FM convert doesn't accept them. Once I have dropped the file onto the left box, I get the message : "(File) does not contain any convertable data" in red.
Do you know a way to import DX7S sounds ?

The converter claims compatibility in a general sense.

This is advertised as not supported:
Types of content that are not converted
v System Setup Parameter
v Micro Tuning Parameter
v Fractional Key Level Scaling Parameter
v Performances that use Voices stored on a cartridge
... and, depending on the source, maybe the files are "corrupted" in a sense that they have extra bytes or otherwise have suffered some kind of data conversion (encoding change, etc).
