I can't log in to the link Yamaha sent me and there's no way to reset the password without knowing the existing password.
I also tried going to the Yamaha store but the FC3A isn't available to add to the cart.
I can log into my Yamaha account without issue but the link to the program does not accept my Yamaha password.
I don't have another Yamaha account. Their link called "staging" doesn't work.

I just got it to work without using the link. I went into the store and added to the cart.
You'll realize that the FC3A is nowhere to be found at first, however, it's under accessories and then under foot pedal and not switches or controllers.
The photo is what is misleading.

Finally got it to work after trying all day long. You would thing they would check the web site before they send you the email?

I haven't been able to get this to work either.
Exactly how did you bypass this login prompt and what "store" are you referring to?

* UPDATE *
Finally just figured out how to get to the Yamaha online store and was able to order the items using the promo code furnished.
What a complete and utter mess. I've sent two emails to Yamaha about this and they still haven't fixed the link problem.
Thanks for the tip or I would still be sitting here clicking on those dead links!
