Hi to all
I downloaded the AI version of Cubase, supplied with the MX49. Everything ok for installation ... but when I start it, connected to MX, there is a continuous loop sound... so it's useless. What can I do? Depends on what?

Most likely you have something setup incorrectly.
Did you install the Yamaha Steinberg USB driver?
How is your MX49 connected to your computer?
Are you trying to use a hub?
Is Local Control set to OFF when attempting to record MIDI?
