Had my Montage delivered a couple weeks ago. Bought from Musicians Friend online. Haven't even had it out of the house yet, and noticed today the very top key (High G), is "sagging" and wobbles as if the spring is not working properly. The note "plays" but is obviously not correct. In the process of organizing all my sounds, user banks etc., and just sold my old keyboard. Need this for gigs! What do I do now? This is a brand new keyboard! HELP! 🙁
Tried to upload a Jpeg but it said it's an "Unsupported Format"???

Sounds like a broken key. When the mechanism below the key itself is broken the key will not return normally… ‘sagging’ might be an accurate description.
Contact your dealer immediately, and report it. They will give you your best options. It’s under warranty… at any rate.

Yes, just noticed the key is actually cracked on the side. Must have been delivered like that and it took me a few days to notice. Just contacted YAMAHA via this site. Will post how it's handled.

You should contact your dealer, immediately, they can handle all of that — it is what they do.
