I created a voice of strings + a wave of flute.
The flute works correctly by pressing the AF1 button and the LED lights up.
Importing it in Song mode works correctly but the AF1 LED does not light up.
why? what parameter should I set?

Not sure, it should light up when you press it.
The issue should be whether it stays lit (latch) or turns off as soon as you let go (momentary).
This is a parameter you can set for each Song Mixing or Pattern Mixing Program
From [SONG]/[PATTERN] mode
Press [MIXING]
Press [EDIT]
Press [COMMON]
Press [F1] GENERAL
Here you can set “Latch” or “Momentary” for the AF1/AF2 buttons.
Let us know.
If it is not lighting up go back to your User Voice and make sure you stored the Voice with the AF1 parameter set. It is quite normal for it to be OFF initially, and light when you touch it.
