Hallo

You can highlight the highest numbered MIDI TRACK assigned to the Motif XF VST, then Right click in the area where the track controls (Read, Write, Mute, Solo) and track name are located, and select ADD MIDI TRACK. This will add another MIDI track assigned to the "Motif XF VST - MIDI In" and it will assign the next higher CH (Channel).
... Or ...
Go to PROJECT > ADD TRACK > MIDI TRACK
Assign the a Track Inspector's MIDI OUT to "Motif XF VST-MIDI In" and set the CH (Channel) as you desire.

When you are setup properly... Selecting a Track in CUBASE will automatically select the corresponding Part in the Editor VST, and selecting the Part in the Editor VST will automatically select the Track in CUBASE. By assigning the MIDI OUT of the track to the VST MIDI In communication is integrated.

For each new instrument Part you wish to add, simply ADD a new MIDI track with its OUT assigned to the "MotifXFVST-MidiIn"
The MIDI channel you set for this Track will determine which Part or Parts of the XF will respond. (assuming you are working with Local Control = Off).

The above outlines just one way to work, there are certainly others. But this describes a very common method of working.

Yes, I did the first method you suggested ,second midi track showed up under midi 1 , local control is off, when I highlight midi in cubase it changes also in VST editor ,so it is connected. So that looks fine but when I want to play on midi 2 there is no sound from motif, when I play on midi one there is sound and also even when I'm on midi 2 in VST and cubase (as they react together) and I want to change the sound in motif it changes the sound on midi 1? They are both connected same way:
All midi imputs
01.motifXFVST-midi in

No sound is likely an audio problem. First thing to check is the OUTPUT SELECT setting you have currently.

This is found on the Editor to the right. If you are setup to monitor in stereo, then you want to set the OUTPUT SELECT = L&R

While tracking MIDI in CUBASE you only need to monitor in stereo, so all Parts can be routed to the Main L&R outputs. When you are setup to monitor through the computer, "with PC", initially only one of the eight possible stereo buses is activated. If you want to monitor through the assignable FW buses you would need to activate that bus.

If you routed Part 2 to "FW1&2" you would need to activate the bus in order to hear it. Again initially only the main stereo bus is active. Activating the outputs would, in turn, create a new Audio Lane in CUBASE, so you could monitor this discreet bus with its own Mute, Solo, Volume, Pan, effect routing, etc., etc.
