Bias Peak for Macintosh now includes full and rocking support for the Yamaha A3000 sampler, offering super fast transfers of sample data to and from this state of the art editor for Mac. Peak is an advanced audio application which provides superior tools for editing and processing digital audio on the Macintosh computer. Peak was specifically designed to meet the needs and demands of audio professionals. By combining high-quality direct-from-disk digital audio editing features with a lighting fast, completely non-destructive editing environment, Peak provides unsurpassed audio editing power, and makes a superb addition to multitrack workstations -- such as Digidesign's Pro Tools®, Macromedia's DECK II®, Media 100® systems, Opcode's Vision®, MOTU's Digital Performer®, Steinberg's Cubase VST®, and Adobe Premiere®.  With built-in support for Adobe Premiere audio plug-ins, Peak is compatible with third-party software such as the L1, Q10, AudioTrack, and other acclaimed plug-ins from Waves - Hyperprism MMP, the award winning effects program from Arboretum Systems - several new high-fidelity plug-ins from DUY Research -CyberSound FX, a set of effects plug-ins from InVision Interactive - and the brand new SFX Machine, a multi-effects and modular sysnthesis plug-in from BIAS. Peak includes advanced editing tools such as Repair Clicks, Inversion, Change Gain, Change Duration, Phase Vocoder, and one of the best sounding sample rate converters you'll ever hear. Peak also sports a throughly moders Playlist function, which supports external DSP plug-ins on a region-by-region basis (standard SDII regions are supported). Multimedia authors will find Peak's Batch File Processor a great timesaver for processing and converting thousands of files with just a few mouse clicks. Peak provides composers and professional sound designers with loads of interesting effects and audio processing tools including Rappify, Reverse, Convolution, Reverse Boomerang, and more. Other cool features include Import CD-Audio, Customizable Blending & Fades, Loop Surfer (adjust and capture loops during playback), Threshold, Batch Region Processing, Apple Events for cataloging and auditioning sounds from within a database, and much more.
